Frisco Home Sales for 2013
We had some great numbers for our Frisco home sales for 2013. It took about 43 days to sell a home on average in Frisco, but beautiful homes are selling in days. We also had an overall average sales price increase by 8%! Thats great new and every indication is it will keep going up for 2014. We saw 11% more new listings over last year and we also saw 23% more closings or sold homes. This is an interesting trend and is due to the lack of inventory of homes to sell.
Friso is one of the hottest markets around for home sales. We have not seen this strong of a market for selling homes in recent history. We actually saw multiple offers on virtually every Frisco home sale for 2013. If you remember a few years back you could not hardly give a home away and now we have seen over 30 offers on top notch homes. If you are thinking of selling your home in 2013 be sure to reach out to us before you send any money on repairs or upgrades. Please allow us to guide you on what repairs and improvements to make, you might think you’re spending your money wisely, but most folks usually make mistakes. We are happy to stop by and review your home for free and you do not need to even clean it. We are experts at ignoring messy homes, trust me we have teenage girls we understand.
